  • The first session is similar to meeting a new provider — we’ll discuss your background, reasons for seeking therapy, and your goals. The first few sessions focus on getting to know each other and building a strong, collaborative relationship where you can also share your expectations and ask questions.

  • You will be billed for each session and payment must be received once service is completed. Payments can be made through Credit Card through Grow Therapy or  Mobile Payment Apps. I do have a limited number of slots to offer sliding scale payments. 

  • Sessions are typically 45—60 minutes in length and are scheduled weekly. More frequent sessions may be available depending on your needs and goals. As therapy progresses, it is common for frequency to change depending on how you are feeling. Sessions can always be adjusted based on your needs and goals. 

  • During our sessions, you will be expected to honestly examine, identify, and express your own vulnerabilities while learning how to cope with triggers related to physical and/or emotional symptoms you may be experiencing. In therapy, you will learn techniques to assist in decreasing negative thoughts, valuing self-worth, and improving interpersonal relationships. The outcome of therapy may increase your satisfaction and quality of life.
