Ania Torres, LMHC

Hi, I’m Ania, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Miami, Florida, where I was born and raised. I’m a proud Cuban-American and fluent in both Spanish and English, with Spanish being my first language. I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and have experience working in community mental health as well as private practice.

Since college, I knew I wanted to be a therapist, but it wasn’t until launching my practice and navigating my own journey of self-discovery that I truly understood my “why.” My calling is to help and serve others with compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach.

I believe that the therapeutic relationship is central to every healing journey. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you can explore and embrace your authentic self. My approach is tailored to your unique needs and goals, integrating various systems and therapeutic techniques to support you in meaningful and lasting ways.
